Shahnaz (Shani) Samuel于1993年来到加拿大。 She had a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the National College of Arts in Lahore. 在她到达后不久，她意识到她需要在加拿大接受教育才能获得建筑工作经验。 她决定参加谢里登学院的建筑技术课程，以使她了解最新的安大略省建筑规范和建筑技术。
